It's hard to imagine a more beautiful and healthy-looking child than in this photo of Harry. We are glad to know that his body is responding well to the blood transfusion. May it be just one of many positive and healing responses. We hold Harry, Cynthia, Henry, Lydia and all of the doctors, researchers and medical staff who will have influence in Harry's care, and journey, in our prayers. Noreen & Glenn
I know no-one better suited to help lead Harry physically, mentally, and spiritually back to health. You will not leave our thoughts until Harry is through this. Sheri&Rob
We are Harry's aunt and uncle and we live just around the corner from Harry's Mom and Dad and his big sister Lydia in Wolseley, a neighbourhood in Winnipeg. At the end of February, when Harry was just ten months old, doctors at the Children's Hospital here in Winnipeg discovered that he had an exceptionally rare form of liver cancer, specifically a Rhabdoid tumour that had metastasized into his lungs and lymph nodes. This blog has tracked Harry's valiant and joy-filled journey from the time he was diagnosed until his gentle passing from this life on August 3rd. We continue to remember and celebrate Harry with occasional messages from his family and reports on the memorial fund set up in his name. We continue to invite you to engage with Harry's legacy by posting messages here.
